It is designed to help you rapidly develop a compelling win strategy and then deliver a written response that targets the buyers needs and addresses all of the question requirements fully.
The three key stages of our Structure and Evaluation service are:
- Win Strategy Development. Through a combination of close reading of the tender document and background desk-based research we develop an understanding of what the buyer is purchasing and why. Working with you we then jointly create a strategy for the bid that aligns your capabilities to these requirements. This process typically takes 48 hours.
- Response Structure. Using the Win Strategy as a platform we give you instructions on how to respond to each question, ensuring that they are answered fully and the key elements of the strategy are played in the correct places.
- Evaluation. Once you have written the responses, our Bid Manager will then review the content against the tender requirements and scoring criteria. They will give you a detailed mark-up that identifies where the proposal needs to be improved, providing you with guidance on how to do it. Most evaluations are completed within 24 hours.
